The role
As a Family Support Practitioner, you will work with children and their families to help overcome challenges, improve wellbeing, and build stronger home environments. You will deliver parenting programmes, assess referrals, and maintain accurate records.
What you'll do
- Deliver parenting programmes.
- Assess and respond to referrals into Norfolk's Early Childhood and Family Service.
- Communicate with parents/carers and partners to ensure the family’s needs are met by the service.
- Maintain accurate records following process and procedure.

- Level 3 or above qualification in social care, health, education, or early years.
- Experience of working with children/young people and families.
- Good IT skills and ability to record concise, accurate case notes.
- Ability to understand and reflect on daily practice.
