What you'll do

What it takes
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in case management, counseling, or social services.
- Strong understanding of school systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed crisis intervention.
- LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC licensure is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
