Family Partner

The role

The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC), a division of Eliot, is seeking a Family Partner to provide community-based support and education to caregivers of children with special or behavioral health needs. The role involves leveraging personal lived experience to coach parents in navigating service systems and advocating for their children. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation team to develop and implement individualized service goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about empowering families and fostering resilience within the Malden community.
