Family Case Management Program Manager

The role

The Family Case Management Program Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and supervising staff while ensuring the delivery of holistic case management services to immigrant and refugee families. This role involves monitoring program budgets, maintaining compliance with grant requirements, and fostering a collaborative environment consistent with the organization's Christian values. The manager will also represent the organization to external agencies and develop community partnerships to support client needs.
