The role

DREAM is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Co-Ed Soccer Assistant Coach to support the middle school athletics program in East Harlem and the South Bronx. The role focuses on facilitating structured practice sessions, reinforcing positive youth development competencies, and ensuring athlete safety and engagement. The coach will work under the leadership of the Head Coach to manage team logistics and uphold the organization's mission.
