Facility Technician

The role

Eliot is seeking a dependable Facility Technician to maintain office and residential properties throughout the Central Massachusetts area. The role involves managing work orders, performing general repairs, and conducting routine building inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of handling construction-related tasks, and willing to participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
