Facilities Technician
The role
The Facilities Technician performs essential repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects across KIPP Texas school campuses. This role manages building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance to ensure a safe and clean learning environment. Working under the guidance of senior staff, the technician executes work orders and conducts regular site inspections. The position requires a proactive approach to facility upkeep and effective coordination with school staff.
