What you'll do
- Ensure the production of high-quality sponsorship documents on time.
- Coordinate with community volunteers on sponsorship communication production.
- Implement assigned program activities in the coverage area and coordinate with the program team.
- Develop positive relationships with sponsored families and communities.
- Lead the promoter team, promoting commitment and high performance.
- Increase personal and team commitment to the application of corporate values, global safeguarding policy, and gender policies.
What it takes
- Minimum 3 years in Social Sciences, Economics, Education, or relevant field.
- Experience as a sponsorship promoter (desirable) and/or in supervisory roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar development social projects.
- Basic administration of personnel knowledge.
- Human rights knowledge, with a focus on children's rights.
- Basic computer package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet).
