The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Extended Services Intern to assist with case management and support the long-term integration of refugees, asylees, and other humanitarian immigrants in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with remotely arranging transportation to medical and other required appointments
- Conduct virtual home or community-based orientation sessions
- Support service documentation through case-notes and case file maintenance
- Work with the extended services team to connect clients to healthcare, education, and psychosocial resources
