The role
The role involves supporting the management of information and development of information products for local coordination teams and other humanitarian actors in Magdalena Medio, Colombia, in coordination with OCHA and in alignment with EVIDEM+ strategy and tools.
What you'll do
- Support the management of information and development of information products for local coordination teams and other humanitarian actors
- Ensure the quality, interoperability and coherence of information for decision-making
- Participate in the design and implementation of the strategic work plan for the project
- Coordinate with technical teams and local implementers for the timely execution of planned actions
- Participate in inter-institutional coordination spaces, representing the project strategy and promoting its integration into existing humanitarian mechanisms
What it takes
- Professional degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, economics or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in similar activities, particularly in information management, data analysis, coordination and humanitarian affairs
- Experience in obtaining, processing and analyzing primary and secondary information
- Experience in the development of analytical processes and technical reports
- Fluency in Spanish, intermediate knowledge of English
