The role

- Support the transversalization of the gender approach in project-related instruments, methodologies, plans of action, criteria for accompaniment, and territorial initiatives
- Develop technical inputs, guidelines, and recommendations to strengthen the effective participation of women, LGBTIQ+ individuals, community leaders, and civil society organizations
- Review technical documents, terms of reference, methodologies, reports, tools, and instruments for coherence with gender, human rights, differential approach, and no-harm principles
- Support the design and development of training spaces, dialogue, capacity-building, and articulation with civil society organizations, institutional actors, and territorial entities
