What you'll do

  • Support the transversalization of the gender approach in project-related instruments, methodologies, plans of action, criteria for accompaniment, and territorial initiatives
  • Develop technical inputs, guidelines, and recommendations to strengthen the effective participation of women, LGBTIQ+ individuals, community leaders, and civil society organizations
  • Review technical documents, terms of reference, methodologies, reports, tools, and instruments for coherence with gender, human rights, differential approach, and no-harm principles
  • Support the design and development of training spaces, dialogue, capacity-building, and articulation with civil society organizations, institutional actors, and territorial entities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of professional experience in gender approach, human rights, citizen participation or policy, strengthening of civil society organizations, peacebuilding, advocacy, applied research, multi-actor articulation, international cooperation, methodology formulation or process support
  • Experience in designing, implementing or monitoring strategies, methodologies, research or processes with a gender approach, human rights, participation and peacebuilding focus
