The role

The position requires an expert to support institutional articulation and operational coordination between the UNDP, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, public entities involved, civil society organizations, and territorial actors related to project implementation.

What you'll do

  • Support technical, strategic, and institutional articulation between UNDP, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, public entities involved, civil society organizations, and territorial actors related to project implementation.
  • Accompany the preparation, development, and follow-up of working spaces, technical tables, committees, and meetings required for the proper execution of the project.
  • Elaborate and consolidate technical and strategic inputs, including memoranda, tracking matrices, reports, alerts, work documents, and recommendations that facilitate decision-making related to the implementation of territorial initiatives associated with the Ejes 1 and 2 of the National Drug Policy 2023-2033.
  • Support follow-up on commitments, schedules, deliverables, products, procedures, and activities related to the project, formulating recommendations when necessary adjustments are identified for improving execution, document traceability, or inter-institutional articulation.

What it takes

  • 8 years of professional experience in inter-institutional coordination, formulation, implementation or monitoring of public policies, peacebuilding, transitional justice, victim assistance, international cooperation, relationship with public entities or international organizations, project institutional and territorial management.
  • Experience in inter-institutional articulation with public entities, international organizations, technical teams, and territorial actors.
  • Peacebuilding, transitional justice, victim assistance, reconciliation, implementation of agreements or related public policies.
  • Ability to coordinate teams, technical spaces, working groups, committees, and follow-up processes involving multiple actors.
  • Ability to formulate, review, consolidate, and adjust technical documents, reports, matrices, work plans, concepts, memoranda, and strategic recommendations.
