The role

What you'll do
- Facilitate community accompaniment for civil society organizations, leaderships, and community actors involved in the project.
- Support the identification, characterization, and analysis of organizational, community, methodological, participatory, and territorial needs that may affect the formulation, implementation, appropriation, and sustainability of supported initiatives.
- Design, adapt or implement methodologies, pedagogical and participatory tools for training, community accompaniment, initiative formulation, organizational strengthening, context analysis, collective construction, and process monitoring.
What it takes
- 8 years of professional experience in community work, organizational processes, peace education, citizen participation, participatory methodologies, territorial incidence, project formulation or management.
- Experience in designing and implementing participatory methodologies, popular education, civic training, or community learning processes.
- Ability to accompany civil society organizations, communities, and territorial actors in strengthening, advocacy, and collective construction processes.
