- At least a DEA/DESS in Development Social or Social Work, Social Sciences and Humanities (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, etc.) or Sciences of Education
- At least 7 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and Community Development
- Perfect knowledge of the education issue and national context
- Perfect mastery of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods
- Good communication skills in French, with proficiency in English being an asset
- Good analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
