The role
Echoing Hills Village is seeking a successor to its retiring Executive Vice President/Chief Program Officer to revolutionize lives for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities through various core services.
What you'll do
- Lead and execute organizational and programmatic strategies
- Provide strong regulatory knowledge of federal and state Medicaid Rules and Regulations
- Promote the Ministry to audiences and individuals
- Serve as a mentor to peers
What it takes
- Ten years prior I/DD operations experience with at least 5 years leading and executing organizational and programmatic strategies
- Master’s degree in human services or business-related fields
- Exemplary skills in organizational culture and project management
- Comfortable excelling in a home office/hybrid environment
