College Track is seeking an Executive Site Director to launch and lead their new Baltimore site in partnership with local community and education leaders. What you'll do
- Steward relationships with anchor investors and cultivate new donors for the Baltimore site.
- Develop and execute infrastructure for local scholar recruitment and long-term retention.

- Oversee site budget and collaborate with Finance on forecasting and resource allocation.
