The role

College Track is seeking an Executive Site Director to launch and lead their new Baltimore site in partnership with local community and education leaders. The role involves spearheading philanthropic efforts, managing scholar recruitment and retention strategies, and cultivating a high-impact organizational culture. This is a leadership position responsible for site budget oversight, team management, and long-term strategic growth to support first-generation college students. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven professional capable of navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do

  • Steward relationships with anchor investors and cultivate new donors for the Baltimore site.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure for local scholar recruitment and long-term retention.
  • Manage a team of 3–4 direct reports and foster a strong, mission-aligned organizational culture.
  • Oversee site budget and collaborate with Finance on forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization to external stakeholders, media, and elected officials.

What it takes

  • 10–13 years of relevant experience leading programs or organizations toward ambitious outcomes.
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and building relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass driver clearance process.
  • Ability to work an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday.
