WildCare is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization during a transformative period as it prepares to open a new state-of-the-art Wildlife Hospital and Education Center in San Rafael. What you'll do
- Guide the board, staff, and volunteers through the organizational evolution following the new facility opening.
- Oversee operational management, HR policies, and internal systems to ensure continued financial resilience.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including major gift solicitation and the final phase of a $24M capital campaign.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and public ambassador to elevate WildCare's regional and national profile.
- Directly supervise senior leadership including the CFO and Senior Director of Operations.
