The role
The National Association of Hispanic Publications is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization through a transformation into a professionally staffed, nationally influential nonprofit.
What you'll do
- Establish the organizational model, systems, and processes to transition NAHP into a modern, sustainable nonprofit
- Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with the Board
- Lead all fundraising efforts, including grants, sponsorships, and earned revenue initiatives
- Hire, supervise, and support two new staff members
- Build a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive organizational culture
- Serve as NAHP’s public face, representing the organization with funders, corporate sponsors, media outlets, and policymakers
