The role

The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to senior managers and program directors at The Nature Conservancy’s North America Conservation and Science unit.

What you'll do

  • Manages calendars and coordinates travel arrangements
  • Schedules and coordinates virtual meetings and events
  • Plans and coordinates budget and PPP cycles’ meetings
  • Prepares background materials for executive meetings and presentations
  • Handles virtual calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Assists in communication planning and execution

  • Experience generating reports and analyzing data
