The role
The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to senior managers and program directors at The Nature Conservancy’s North America Conservation and Science unit.
What you'll do
- Manages calendars and coordinates travel arrangements
- Schedules and coordinates virtual meetings and events
- Plans and coordinates budget and PPP cycles’ meetings
- Prepares background materials for executive meetings and presentations
- Handles virtual calls, emails, and inquiries
- Assists in communication planning and execution
