The role
The Executive Assistant provides operational, project, and administrative support to the Executive Director (ED) and the Special Advisor, Internal Communications. The position requires significant in-person presence at HRW’s New York City office.

- Manage the day-to-day calendar of the Executive Director
- Ensure effective time management and anticipate opportunities to facilitate workflow

- Minimum of five years of working experience, including supporting Executive-level positions
- Experience managing an Executive-level calendar and planning extensive travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experienced in managing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
