The role
Global Support and Development (GSD) is seeking an Evaluation Vendor to lead field-level qualitative data collection for the final evaluation of the Haiti Information Management (IM) project, focusing on disaster preparedness and response.
What you'll do
- Conduct Key Informant Interviews and Focus Group Discussions with DGPC leadership and field volunteers
- Adapt and translate qualitative data collection tools into Haitian Creole and French
- Facilitate validation workshops and contribute to the evaluation report
- Ensure data security and confidentiality during field data collection
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Evaluation, Social Science, Disaster Risk Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative evaluations and leading field assessments
- Deep understanding of Haiti’s institutional disaster management structures
- Technical familiarity with Information Management, digital surveys, GIS, or disaster response systems
