The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a consultant to conduct a final evaluation of the Regional Integrated Protection and Health Response project in Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen. The evaluation will assess the project’s impact, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and integration of gender-transformative and localization approaches.
