The role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a consultant to conduct a final evaluation of the Regional Integrated Protection and Health Response project in Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen. The evaluation will assess the project’s impact, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and integration of gender-transformative and localization approaches.

  • Prior experience working with international NGOs
  • Understanding of cultural, safeguarding, and ethical data collection standards
