The role
The Danish Refugee Council is seeking a Protection Specialist (VBG) to lead the quality technical programming in Protection in Venezuela, focusing on local partners and DRC staff.
What you'll do
- Provide technical supervision, guidance, and mentoring in VBG programming, including case management and APS

- At least four years of experience in Protection, including VBG case management and supervision
- Solid knowledge of VBG principles, survivor-centered approach, IASC case management guidelines, and Minimum Interagency Standards
- Experience in capacity development and technical mentorship of local partner organizations
- Understanding of gender equality and intersectional approaches in humanitarian action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in Spanish and English
