What you'll do
- Coordinate with PMs and Business Administrator for safety and maintenance training of motorized equipment
- Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure safe working order
- Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring crew members adhere to safety policies and appropriate use of PPE and equipment
- Work alongside crews on land management tasks such as seeding, planting, weeding, trimming, mowing, watering, cleanup, erosion control
- Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and efficiently
What it takes
- 5 years experience operating and maintaining motorized equipment, tools, and vehicles
- 1 year prior experience in landscaping or construction
- Valid Texas Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for brief or extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors around the year
- Strong attention to detail and organization
