The role

The EpiC Kyrgyzstan Associate Director, Technical will be the country-level technical lead for GHS and HIV activities, providing management and coordination support for program implementation of the project.

What you'll do

  • Provide overall technical leadership in GHS and HIV systems strengthening activities
  • Ensure project activities align with country priorities and are well-coordinated
  • Lead the project team in Kyrgyzstan, providing vision, coordination, resource management, and oversight
  • Follow established processes to guarantee technical and programmatic quality of project work
  • Work closely with USG representatives to define and adjust annual work plans
  • Collaborate with other countries' technical leads on implementation of activities

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in public health, international development, or related field
  • Experience in GHS and HIV programming
  • Minimum eight years of experience in program management
