The role
EOD Diver Technical Advisor & Senior Mentor (Reserve Pool) to provide technical mentoring, QA/QC, and training to the Ukrainian Deminers Association (UDA) in Ukraine.
What you'll do
- Provide daily technical mentoring and operational support to UDA EOD team leaders and diving personnel
- Implement and supervise QA/QC protocols on UDA subaquatic worksites
- Co-evaluate and improve IMAS-compliant underwater SOPs
- Participate in IMAS review boards and international technical side-event forums
- Co-facilitate and supervise advanced theoretical and practical training modules for UDA's EOD divers
- Oversee the operational use and data analysis of advanced subaquatic detection hardware

- IMAS EOD Level 3
- Professional diving qualification
- 4+ years of operational experience in Humanitarian Mine Action
- Proven experience in underwater search, mapping, and EOD recovery
