What it takes

- Proven track record in conducting due diligence, negotiation, and supervision of environmental and social aspects
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Experience applying IFC Performance Standards
- Experience with resettlement processes, Indigenous Peoples, contextual risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, labor and working conditions
