The role
The role involves conducting qualitative interviews using the Most Significant Change methodology to document participants' stories of change, ensuring high ethical standards, and contributing to the daily quality assurance process during the field data collection.
What you'll do
- Participate in Endline Evaluation orientation and training workshop
- Conduct qualitative interviews with project participants
- Facilitate participant storytelling using the MSC approach
- Review completed interviews for completeness and quality
- Transcribe interviews using approved templates
- Submit all completed documentation to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, & Learning Specialist
What it takes
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant experience in qualitative research, public health, nursing, or community health
- Minimum level of formal education/training required: Diploma, Associate Degree
- Experience conducting qualitative interviews and supporting monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities
- Experience working in rural or hard-to-reach communities
- Familiarity with maternal and child or community health programs
- Qualitative interviewing skills, excellent active listening, and probing techniques
