The role
The role involves identifying and engaging micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) for support under the AMAL project, ensuring clear communication of project details and facilitating the selection process.
What you'll do
- Map and identify MSMEs in the target governorate
- Present the project’s grant scheme to interested enterprises
- Support the collection and screening of applications
- Support the enterprise selection process
- Act as liaison between selected businesses and the project team
- Coordinate with the Athar Officer in Zarqa
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in private sector engagement, business development services, outreach or similar roles
- Good knowledge of the local business environment
- Experience with grant schemes or enterprise support programs
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English
