Enrichment Teacher

The role

KIPP Indy Unite Elementary is seeking a dedicated Enrichment Teacher to provide rigorous, high-quality instruction for students in grades K-5. The role involves creating engaging lesson plans, utilizing data to inform instructional decisions, and fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. Teachers are expected to work through an anti-racist lens while building strong relationships with students and families to support academic and social-emotional growth. This position focuses on delivering instruction that prepares students for success in school and beyond.
