The role
Dimagi is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the core team responsible for CommCare, a widely-deployed open-source digital platform for frontline workers. What you'll do
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of approximately six software engineers.
- Design and optimize team workflows, including sprint ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Drive the engineering roadmap while managing technical debt and infrastructure upgrades.
- Partner with product leaders to scope and deliver new features on schedule.
- Maintain technical compliance and security standards, including recurring SOC 2 processes.
