The Engagement & Volunteer Advisor supports the implementation of Oxfam America’s Brand & Engagement strategy by managing volunteer-powered experiences and brand activation initiatives. This role focuses on the Oxfam Hunger Banquet program, developing volunteer toolkits, and facilitating training to ensure high-quality participant experiences. The position involves cross-functional collaboration to scale engagement models across priority national markets while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.
