The role

Oxfam America is seeking an Engagement & Organizing Advisor to join their Brand and Engagement team to mobilize the Oxfam Action Network. The role involves developing volunteer leadership, executing in-person activations and public engagement strategies, and managing supporter relationships to drive advocacy for global justice. The position focuses on building community-based support and influence in key U.S. markets while centering anti-racist and feminist principles. It is a collaborative role that integrates digital and grassroots tactics to deepen supporter involvement in Oxfam’s mission.
