Engagement & Organizing Advisor

The role

Oxfam America is seeking an Engagement & Organizing Advisor to join their Brand and Engagement team to build, sustain, and activate the Oxfam Action Network. This role focuses on volunteer leadership development, community organizing, and executing public-facing activations to support advocacy for economic and social justice. The position involves working across departments to develop digital and in-person engagement plans that mobilize supporters and influence stakeholders. The role requires a candidate with a strong commitment to anti-racist and feminist principles to help grow the organization's mission.
