The role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a consultant to conduct an end-line evaluation of the project 'Strengthening Communication, Coordination, and Improving Local Capacities and Partnerships in Libya'. The evaluation will cover coordination, advocacy, legal and regulatory mapping, and CSO inclusion.
