Employment Supervisor

The role

The Employment Supervisor leads a team providing comprehensive employment services, including job readiness training, placement, and post-placement support for clients facing barriers to employment. This role oversees program implementation, grant deliverable attainment, and staff development while ensuring quality assurance and contractual compliance. The position involves strategic partnership development with local employers and community organizations to support client self-sufficiency.
