The role
The Employment Specialist IPS develops employer partnerships and markets job opportunities for individuals in a community employment program.
What you'll do
- Develop employer partnerships to identify and customize job opportunities
- Market skills and strengths of people served and program support services
- Collaborate with individual and Treatment Team to develop and implement the Recovery Plan of Care/Plan of Care
- Independently organize and multi-task weekly activities and requirements
- Provide counseling and guidance in career exploration, advocacy, personal grooming, financial, job seeking skills, problem-solving, community resources

- Valid Wisconsin Driver's license, a vehicle and insurance coverage
