What you'll do
- Engage participants to establish trusting relationships directed toward competitive employment.
- Conduct job development activities and weekly employer contacts to advocate for participant placement.
- Develop individual employment plans in collaboration with the behavioral health team and families.
- Provide individualized follow-along support to assist participants in maintaining employment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency’s electronic health record system.

- Undergraduate degree in behavioral health, social services, or business.
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and electronic medical records.
