- Provide job coaching and supported employment
- Develop and maintain client program plans
- Assess and evaluate vocational needs
- Coordinate with the clinical team

What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience with job coaching and supported employment
- Experience with Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
- Knowledge of strength based interactions and person centered planning
- Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing
- LBSW or LLBSW certification preferred
