The role

Action for Children is launching a new employability programme in London and is seeking an Employment Facilitator to support young people aged 15-25 from disadvantaged backgrounds. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering group workshops, and building relationships with corporate partners to help participants transition into education, training, and employment. The successful candidate will provide personalised 1:1 coaching and facilitate accredited training to help young people overcome barriers to success. What you'll do

  • Manage a caseload of participants using a key worker approach.
