What it takes
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources and employee relations
- Expert understanding of employment laws in Syria and/or Jordan
- Strong analytical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Professional HR certifications (desirable)
- Experience in mediation or labor law (desirable)
