Employee Records & Payroll Counsellor
The role
The Employee Records & Payroll Counsellor is responsible for managing confidential payroll transactions and employee records within a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves processing payroll, handling employee inquiries, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements and internal policies. The position supports a large workforce of approximately 17,000 employees by collaborating closely with the People & Culture and Finance departments.
