The role
EM Technicians are involved with all aspects of the installation and upkeep of Saltwater’s EM system on fishing vessels, providing support both remotely and in person.
What you'll do
- Prepare, install, and service the physical components of the EM system
- Provide custom installations and individualized technical support
- Field calls and provide remote troubleshooting and technical support
- Travel to remote ports throughout the US and Alaska
- Review a portion of the data produced by the EM system
- Document all technical support services
