The role

The Elementary Support Teacher works alongside lead teachers to foster a welcoming school culture focused on student achievement. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and career changers to launch a teaching career through professional development, instructional coaching, and hands-on classroom experience. Responsibilities include small group instruction, lesson planning, data analysis, and supporting whole-class instruction.
