The role
Katherine Low Settlement is seeking an experienced and compassionate Elders Core Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of their Core Services and support a small team of staff, sessional workers, and volunteers.
What you'll do
- Lead the effective day-to-day management and support the development of the Elders Core Programme
- Maintain a visible and hands-on presence across the Core Programme
- Lead, support and develop Core Programme staff, sessional workers and volunteers
- Maintain oversight of Core Programme frontline delivery, casework and safeguarding
- Work closely with the Head of Programme on operational monitoring, evaluation and quality improvement
- Ensure the views, strengths and needs of Elders members inform the development and delivery of the Core Programme
