What you'll do

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with governments, IFIs, and donors for resource mobilization.
- Oversee programme quality assurance, results-based management, and reporting.
- Supervise the Economic Governance and Partnership Officer.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in economic governance or digital financial services (9 years with a Bachelor's).
- Proven experience leading multi-country projects in West or Central Africa.
- Proficiency in oral and written French is required.
