The role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking an Economic Empowerment AmeriCorps member to assist refugees and vulnerable populations in achieving economic self-sufficiency. The role involves delivering vocational training, providing career counseling, and conducting employer outreach to facilitate job placement. The position requires a one-year commitment to support clients in navigating the U.S. workforce and maintaining long-term employment.
