The role
Amity Foundation is seeking a Clinical Consultant for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Community Supports program to provide clinical oversight, consultation, and quality assurance for high-need populations in Los Angeles.
What you'll do
- Review, approve, and provide clinical sign-off on comprehensive assessments and care plans
- Ensure documentation meets medical necessity and ECM/CalAIM standards
- Provide feedback to staff to improve clinical quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to ECM staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance on complex and high-risk cases
- Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies aligned with program goals
What it takes
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in behavioral health, public health, or related human services field
- Active, unrestricted licensure in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including behavioral health and high-acuity or underserved populations
- Strong experience in clinical documentation review, treatment planning, and crisis intervention
- Valid and unexpired driver’s license
- Bilingual, fluent Spanish/English oral and written skills
