The role
The Early Childhood Mental Health and Wellness Consultant will provide expert guidance to support the social and emotional development of young children within the DREAM school network. This role involves offering both virtual and on-site consultations to staff and families to foster a positive, trauma-informed learning environment. The consultant will work approximately 16-20 hours per month to ensure children receive appropriate screenings, referrals, and mental health resources. This position focuses on capacity building and multidisciplinary collaboration to prevent mental health challenges and support program-wide wellness.

- Demonstrated expertise in Early Childhood Mental Health.
